If you’re a person that gets bored easily in the gym, then this is the place that will make you see the gym as an amazing place. If you like to mix your training up, then you can join in one of the speciality classes, from our signature MOT – Bootcamp, Spin, Box Fit, Combat Class, HIIT or Yoga and Pilates.
